– “Client” refers to the individual or organization booking the Artist or services of the Company.
– “Event” refers to the concert, show, festival, or other engagement booked by the Client.
– “Services” refer to the artist management and event management services provided by the Company.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
– By booking the Artist or services of the Company, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
– These Terms and Conditions supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the Company and the Client.
3. ARTIST MANAGEMENT SERVICES
– The Company agrees to provide exclusive management services to the Artist, including but not limited to:
– Booking and negotiating engagements
– Managing publicity and marketing efforts
– Coordinating logistics and travel arrangements
– The Artist agrees to cooperate fully with the Company and provide all necessary information and support.
4. EVENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES
– The Company agrees to provide event management services to the Client, including but not limited to:
– Coordinating logistics and travel arrangements
– Managing publicity and marketing efforts
– Overseeing event production and execution
– The Client agrees to cooperate fully with the Company and provide all necessary information and support.
5. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
– The Client must provide accurate and complete information about the Event, including but not limited to:
– Date and time
– Location
– Expected attendance
– Technical requirements
– The Client must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
– The Client is responsible for ensuring that the Event is properly licensed and permitted.
6. COMPANY OBLIGATIONS
– The Company will provide the Services with reasonable care and skill.
– The Company will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
– The Company will take reasonable steps to ensure the successful execution of the Event.
7. PAYMENT TERMS
– The Client must pay all fees and expenses associated with the Services within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.
– The Company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments at a rate of [Interest Rate] per annum.
8. CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
– The Client may cancel or terminate the Services at any time, subject to payment of all outstanding fees and expenses.

– The Company shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from or related to the Services, except to the extent caused by the Company’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
– The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and subsidiaries from and against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the Services.
11. GOVERNING LAW
